"The Sewage Treatment Improvement Program has established a Sewage and Sanitation Board under the Public Health Sewage Regulations. The strategic plan also includes a Central Environment and Food Laboratory. The success of achieving this output is dependent on aid funding. A Sewage Treatment System Upgrade Assistance Fund is also proposed under the strategic plan. The capacity to establish and administer this fund lies within the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management."
