The Secretary of Health hereby advises that the Category Quarantine Order issued on 31 August 2020 to all persons who arrived in the Cook Islands (international arrival) on Friday 04 September, as well as those persons who are living in the quarantine area of an international arrival, or those persons who are undertaking quarantine by association to an international arrival, will be varied.
Persons who are subject to this quarantine order will now be released on Friday 18 September at a time directed by a health officer which will occur after a final medical assessment.
All of the conditions of the quarantine order remain in force.
