Food Act 1992-93

The Food Act was passed by Parliament on 13 July 1993 to control the importation, processing, packaging, preparation, storage, transport, advertising and sale of food in the Cook Islands.

An amendment to the Food Act was passed on 10 October 2005 to include the regulation and licensing of fish and fish products.
