Te Marae Ora Update

26 January 2022 (CKT)

Vaccination Rollout Continues – Rarotonga

This Friday 28 January and Saturday 29 January the Te Marae Ora Vaccination Team will once be in action to administer the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine to all eligible Cook Islands Residents and Work Permit Holders aged 12 and over.

The team is also offering the third/booster dose to those who qualify. To qualify for the booster/third shot you must be 18 years of age or older and have had your second dose at least 4 months ago, i.e., you had your second dose before the end of September.

Please come to the Social Centre from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and, if you are coming for your first dose or if you have not already, please bring a copy of your passport photo page or birth certificate with you, so that TMO can match these documents up with their COVID-19 vaccination records.

This information will also be used in preparation for international travel regulations requiring travellers to prove their COVID-19 vaccination status.
